This website (nbs-studios.com) is operated by NBS Studio (Noam Ben Shabat), Hasida 9, Pardes Hana, Israel ("we"). We respect your privacy and keep data collection to the minimum — this page describes, plainly, what actually happens.

What we collect on this site: almost nothing

• The site has no registration, no forms, and no account system. Browsing it does not require providing any personal details.
• We do not use analytics or advertising tools, and the site itself does not set cookies or store data in your browser.
• Our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) automatically processes standard technical server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site, per Netlify's privacy policy.

Embedded content and external links

• Music and video previews on this site are played through YouTube. When you press play, content loads from YouTube/Google, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy. Nothing loads from these services until you interact.
• Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Spotify, Bandcamp, Patreon and other external services take you to those services, which operate under their own privacy policies.

When you contact us

If you reach out by WhatsApp or phone, we receive what you choose to send (your number, name, messages, and any files). We use it only to respond, provide our services, and keep records of our work together. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, except where required by law or needed to provide the service you asked for.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981 (as amended), you may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us at +972-58-4911-198 and we will handle your request.

Changes

If our practices change (for example, if we ever add analytics), this policy will be updated first, and any newly required consent mechanisms will be added at the same time.

Terms of Use

• The site's content — texts, images and design — belongs to NBS Studio. Music, artwork and performances presented in the portfolio belong to their respective artists and rights holders and appear as professional credits.
• You may browse and share links freely. Do not copy the site's content for commercial use, or use the site in any unlawful way.
• The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for temporary unavailability or for the content of external services linked from the site.
• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel will have jurisdiction.

Accessibility Statement

We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use this site comfortably. The site was built with accessibility in mind, aiming at WCAG 2.1 level AA (the standard adopted by Israeli regulation IS 5568):

• Semantic structure with proper headings and named links
• Text alternatives for meaningful images
• High color contrast on a dark background, and readable font sizes
• Full keyboard operability and a responsive layout for mobile and desktop
• No flashing content; motion is reduced when your device requests it

Known limitations: media players embedded from third parties (YouTube, Spotify) are controlled by those providers and may have their own accessibility gaps.
